Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Mattoon"Our office carpet flooded overnight and extraction was complete before staff arrived for the morning shift."
Nathaniel W., Mattoon"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Mattoon"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Mattoon"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., MattoonThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 61938, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Whether your address sits in the city core or a neighboring zip code, the same water extraction response standard applies.
